Happy Halloween!
Just a quick note. I went deep in the Supernova freeroll again this week. Finished 40th. A virtual repeat of last week when I got it in good after being up and down with about 10 bb. I wish I had taken copies of a few hands this week because there have been a number of very interesting hands that have come up. Unfortunately that is about all I remember LOL. I had a strong October in general and ended up a little over $1300. I've finally started cashing in for Sunday tickets in the 5400fpp satellites. 3 in a row now so I have a few hundred in tourney money. Using that I have final tabled and cashed in quite a few 45 man $25+2 sit and gos. It has really come in handy with bankroll building. I am not going to spell my 2008 goals out yet but I am really excited about the potential for the next year! It will be another growth year for DonJPokerDonkey! Some of my goals for 2007 had to be pushed back but the most important one was met which was to go Supernova. That has and will continue to fuel the growth of what I am doing. Looking forward, November and December are going to be busy months for me with several family functions to attend. Poker will have to be fit in but I expect to be able to surpass the 13078 vpps I earned in October. Hoping for at least 15K each month. We shall see soon enough.
Tonight was Halloween and it was a lot of fun. Once I got off work and got home my wife and I took our son out Trick or Treating. He is only just about 2 years old and loved every second. Even with all the firecrackers and big kids around. Said thank yous (Kindof) and goodbyes. Knocked on doors. Climbed up all the steps to the houses. Hilarious. Plus his Mom and I are enjoying the fruits of his labour!! Totally looking forward to Christmas this year.
