Slow Month

Not much to report. I have hardly been playing this month. Probably only about 20 hours total. Just haven't been feeling it. Although I am a bit disappointed in my output, I really have needed a break before Christmas and the new year. I expect another busy year ahead so I am somewhat glad that I am taking the mental break now instead of in January. Here's hoping I am fresh still then.

Only two crazy hands I can think of off hand. They happened within seconds of each other.Well, crazy flops. First one. Im in the big blind with Q6. 1st position and cutoff just limp and i check my option. Flop is Q66. Check check. Turn's an Ace and the guy in first position and I get it allin. Did he limp with AA? Nope! He limped with QQ!!! FFS.

Second hand I call a raise with AA looking to punish a big pair post flop. Well I flop quads. AAx. x on the turn and I'm slowplaying all the way inducing minor actuin on the turn.. 5 on the river fills up my opponent and we get it allin vs my quads. Needless to say he did not reload after that one which is too bad because I'm sure he was steaming.
