Still Smokin Hot

I have been going over my estimates for what I should expect in 2008 but because of the way I have been playing lately I am going to delay my goals for a few more days. Frankly, most of my estimates have not included the fact that I would be beating the 100nl by as much as I have been in the past two weeks since my shift in gameplay strategy. I am up over $1750 since the 2nd and my play continues to be dominating. It is really hard to tell if I am just running very hot or if I really have taken that next step. To be honest, I believe it has a lot more to do with my new style. I can see where my opponents are so much better and I am getting great value for my hands as I continue to get called down even though I am betting so much stronger. It is not like I had an image of someone you should be calling down light to begin with either. I have one of the tightest images on the level. So, I am really pinching myself and hoping this isn't a dream.
Tonight I was up another $275 and considering I was stacked twice for huge pots it could have been much more. Both these pots were ones that I would have played before very similarly in the past so I am not blaming my system for those mistakes.

Anyway, I have a few days off here and I plan on playing quite a lot this week. I am slightly behind in my goal of getting 16666vpps in January. Hopefully I can get back on track this week. I might try to get to see 'There Will Be Blood' with Lisa. Other than that puttering around the yard I think. It is still quite a mess but it might have to wait because there is a thin layer of snow on it.
